CAR-HIRE AGREEMENT.

This Car-hire Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on this ____ day of _____ 2020 (the “effective date”), between Ready Ride Rental (RRR) LLC.  Address _______________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and _____________ Address _____________ (herein referred to as the “Driver”).

NOW THEREOF, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Parties covenant and agree as follows:

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period ____________ [Weeks/Months/Years], commencing on the Effective Date herein.

2. • The Company shall provide a car for hire to the Driver for purpose of being in the taxi business under any of the established taxi provision services such as Uber or Lyft. The Car specification for this Agreement are;

   • The Company shall be the owner of the car until such a date as the Driver makes the last payment. The ownership will automatically shift to the Driver upon payment of the last weekly installment and the Company shall transfer the necessary ownership documents to the Driver.

The Driver shall pay the Company _______________ Dollars by making Three Hundred Dollars ($300) weekly installments until the entire agreed amount is settled.

NOTE: failure to make the payments promptly weekly, the Company shall report the car as missing and stolen and eventually sue the driver for repossession of the car.

4. TERMINATION/CANCELLATION.

Parties agree that either Party can terminate the Agreement at any given time, provided that the intending Party provides the other Party a 60 Day Written Notice on the termination. The Company can cancel/terminate this Agreement at any time should the Driver violate any clause of this Agreement.

NOTE: In the event that the Driver decides to terminate/cancel the Agreement, they shall lose any claim to the car and the 50% of the weekly payments they have made before the cancellation/termination of the Agreement.

5. INSURANCE AND CAR MAINTENANCE.
   • The Company shall be responsible for paying insurance for the car during the term of this Agreement. The Company shall not pay the insurance if or when the Driver fails to make the weekly payments on time as agreed.
   • The Driver shall be responsible for any car maintenance and repairs fees during the term of this Agreement.
6. GENERAL PROVISION, GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
   • This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties related to the subject matter hereof. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto.
   • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the ____________ [State/Country]. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in _____________ [State/Country].
   • This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and the Driver and their respective successors and assigns, provided that the Driver may not assign any of their obligations under this Agreement without the Company’s prior written consent.
   • Each party represents and warrants to the other that such party has acted in good faith, and agrees to continue to so act, in the negotiation, execution, delivery, performance, and any termination of this Agreement.
