I agree with the decision that they made by considering factors such as population size, travel times, percentage of the population, and the average income. The population size will influence the demand for the products and services, meaning that the higher the population of the people in a given society, the higher the demand for the products sold by the restaurant. Travel times should also be considered because people are more likely to eat from a restaurant while traveling that any other time. The percentage of the population should also be considered because it determines the demand for the products and services that are sold by the restaurant. The most important factor that was considered is the average income of the people in society. If the average income of the people in a given society is higher, then they will have more money to spend, leading to an increase in the demand for the products and services that are sold by the restaurant. A low average income may lead to a decrease in demand for the products and services that are sold by the products that are sold by the company.
Other factors are supposed to be considered before making a decision on the location to put the restaurant. Frank and Robert are supposed to consider competition because if the competition is higher, then it means that Frank and Robert will have a hard time making sales hence reduce the demand for the products. They are also supposed to consider the local, state, and federal policies as far as the businesses are concerned. It is important for a company to meet the requirements that have been put in place by the government to prevent the cases where they could have a hard time meeting the regulations of the company.
