COVID – 19 OPERATING GUIDELINES FOR EMPLOYEES
The above matter refers.
As you are aware we are living in very uncertain times which require each and every one of us to
take extra caution in ensuring we protect ourselves. We would like to appreciate and thank you
for the sacrifice you have made in ensuring our business keeps serving our loyal customers
despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
As per the World Health Organization and the California State government face mask
requirement we hereby take this opportunity to notify you that you are required to wear a face
covering at all material times that you will be working in our business premises. The face mask
should cover your mouth and nose.
In order to ensure compliance with the above-mentioned guideline, we will issue three (3)
warning letters to any employee that does not properly wear a face mask during working hours.
A picture will be attached to the letter as proof that you are not properly covering your mouth
and nose as required by the government guidelines.
In the event you get three (3) warning letters and you fail to comply then we will be left with no
other choice but to take an action of Dismissal against you. The face mask requirement has been
introduced because we are in the hospitality industry which deals with food. We would not want
to put your lives and those of our customers at risk.
