from different culture meet to discuss their cultures. From that people will be encouraged to
share their culture enhancing collaboration and a more harmonious working environment.
Another approach that can be used to leverage the diversity is to increase the quantity and
the quality of conversations between the managers and the employees (Wharton, 2018). The
conversations of between employees should also be engaged by using teams where they will
have to interact continuously. The managers must ensure that since people are from different
cultures. They get to avail themselves to ensure that everyone concerns and issues are addressed.
Managers ensure that they increase the number of hours spent on the floor space
interacting with all the employees. That way they will be able to address everyone issue, and
they will be more motivated to work.
