It is usually something good to create a positive first-time impression. Many people miss
out this point when it tells much about an individual. In this case, I went to the board meeting
right after school. With all the anxiety and ambitions, I still had to get to the meeting. I drove
there at 6.30 and I was right on time just before the board began. So I had enough time to make
my observations and ascertain that everything around me was okay 1 . It took me quite a while to
get to the meeting, but finally, I got there. I saw some friends one EJ and the other Erick and I
realized this was the place.
The hall where the meeting was taking place is city hall in edinburg TX. The buildings
are neatly arranged, and they are magnificent and neatly organized. Actually, from the look of
things, there is some severe organization of this place. It appears that the meeting was adequately
planned for and all indications are pointing to the fact that there is something serious that is
about to be discussed. The hall where the meeting was to take place was neatly prepared
beforehand in preparation for the meeting 2 . The location is quite direct and accessible from any
site within the country. There is no such difficulty as one travels to this place.
The people in this place look quite organized, and there is some order. The meeting is
procedural, and it has some law. The facilitator who were leading the session was Gilbert
Enriquez who is a member of the council. Together with David Diaz, they set up the interview.
The questions are correctly handled. From the look of things, the professors, or the facilitators
are much organized, and they are so much informed 3 . They were able to tackle all the questions

with much ease. I must say that these people in this region are informed, and they are so much
civilized to the point that they have learned to get along with everyone quite quickly. You don’t
feel lost among these people.
They are friendly and easy to get along with. They have a lot of experiences, and you
cannot miss finding something to talk about. The school board is dressed in formal outfits, and
they appear to be dangerous men and women who know what they are doing. In the meeting,
these people asked questions, and they gave room for the audience also to ask questions so that
there was much clarity 4 . They also took notes and at a point when something was not bright, you
were to note so that at the end of the meeting you were given time to ask questions.
The discussion at the meeting was on the economy of the country. Much attention and
focus were given to the cashew nuts as the main backbone of the economy. The economic report
was read audibly by the facilitators, and they offered room for questions on clarity from the
story. The acquisition of the resources and how these were spent was clear from the meeting 5 .
This topic of the economy is critical as it enlightens people and makes them be much focused on
building the economy and they become sensitive to any waste of the resources. Such topics are
very relevant.
