Part One
When an employee is not performing his responsibility the way he is supposed to be then
it is the employer’s responsibility to get to understand why that may be happening and solve the
problem or look for the best way out. It is essential to take time to understand the situation an
employee is going through. I will not assume that I know what the employer is going through in
line with marketing. Trying to diffuse the situation is critically important. Some employers opt
for laying workers off or transferring them. This easy solution may not solve the problem and
can lead to frustrated employees.
I will understand what the employee is going through from the employee's perspective.
Being in the employee's shoes helps me diffuse the situation and know how to go about some
critical issues, maybe the problem is not the employee. Understand the workloads the employee
is doing; this is crucial in knowing whether the employee is being overloaded or is undergoing
hardships in his or her line of duty. I will try to know whether the employee vividly understands
his roles. The employee may be unskilled while being made to conduct responsibilities that are
way beyond their capabilities.
Telling the employee his faults may be very difficult and usually tend to lead to frustrated
employees. As an employer, I will schedule a one on one meeting with the person. In the forum,
I will tell the employee why their performance is short of expectations. I will elaborate to the
employee the repercussions of them underperforming. I will give an example of what the
employee had done well in the past, this is meant to cheer them up and not make them feel like

they are losers. Ask the team member if they have a clear view of what is expected of him and if
he is capable of doing them.
To fire and to transfer is not the best way for the employer to take the employee through.
The first step is to let the employee find a solution that the member and the team leader can agree
with. I will let the employee know the purpose of his or her role. understanding the role done
through training and subjecting the employees through motivations that keep them active in the
work process. Training should be placed where necessary. Keep the employee encouraged for
the progress they make.
Setting a second meeting is a way of monitoring an employee's progress. In this meeting
the I should point out to the employee the progress of the work since the first meeting, the
employee should know the impact of their work on the general performance of the company.
Acknowledgeable progress, it is essential to let them know that the problem is now solved
(Rangan & Rajan, 2015)
Part Two
To deliver work on time, developing a management strategy is vital. The first step is to
define the nature of work in the organization, knowing the goals both immediate and long term is
necessary. After knowing the goals, I should come up with ways of ensuring that the business
picks the best ways of implementing the goals. Measuring is the second step toward having a
better organizational structure, I should measure the existing methods in the pool of methods and
decide the best way moving forward. Picking useful tools is vital to the growth of the food
company, these tools are used to implement the strategies in the company to enable it to succeed
(Kaur, 2013). Analyzing the data is key to knowing the trends of the chosen method of

management. Taking more that one perspective is crucial in the analysis process is vital. Finally,
developing an action plan to ensure that the organization saves time in doing its work.
The flow of information from one department to another or from the department to
management is critical in ensuring that the work is being done in harmony. Dealing with requests
as soon as possible in an organization saves time, developing a system where information flows
effectively in the organization. Narrowing a wide range of data and focusing on a specific goal is
essential in saving time.
I will develop a Gantt chart to know the start and the end of the project. It is necessary to
see the end of a project and break it down to monitor the performance stepwise. A realization of
a project is usually tricky, and setbacks are expected. So, the team leader, I will monitor their
progress as they undertake each responsibility in their lines of duty. Doing this makes them know
whether they are making a profit or they are not.
As a business Analyst, if the amount of work is much more, delegation is a way forward.
The business will have a system where everyone is comfortable with responsibilities. Giving
other people responsibility tends to prove to them that you trust them (Chaffey, 2019). And
again, this reduces the amount of work at the manager's desk, saving on time.
Part Three
Marketing is one of the most important things in business, especially the marketing of
new products. To market new products, I will should get out of topic when approaching the
potential customers, talk about the weather, and get the clients' attention. Then nail the first
impression and make sure I capture the full attention of the clients. Reduce the amount of time
the customers are held so that the communication if efficient and not dull.

To understand the needs of the customers, it is essential to understand their expectations.
The expectations are reflected in the past and current evaluation of the products. It is vital to
know customers' implicit and explicit expectations to understand how to satisfy them (Schmidt,
Watts, 2017). Dynamic expectations of the clients are crucial in the evaluation of the customers’
needs.
I will ask my customers questions like how they feel about the new product, the things
they would like the company to add to the original product, how they should deliver the work,
and their experience using the product. The customers also need to know how the product
benefits them; this way, they can fully back the promotion; they should see the gap in the market.
This promotion will be able to see to it that the customers have met their expectations and that
they are getting the best of their money.
Part Four
The ice-cream sales in India can be promoted by ensuring that the product is satisfying
the customers' needs in the market. the promotion is established to ensure all the interested
customers get access to the information. The other way of increasing sales is providing a variety
of brands to the customers. Giving them a verity to choose from has an advantage in the market
as opposed to giving them a single product as being done currently. The few choices limit the
market limits the sales, people like a variety to choose from. Knowing the customers' needs by
studying their buying habits and questioning them about how they like the product delivered can
also increase sales.
Apart from understanding the customers, the additional information is that the brand can
increase sales by introducing other plans like the rewards to a customer loyal to the brand in

question. The rewards cheer people up and the market tends to increase with more people getting
attracted. I will advise that they motivate the consumers by promoting the ones that frequently
use the product. This motivation to their customers in turn sells their brand
The most effective and traditional way of marketing products is by making sure the
product is taken through billboards and television marketing. Promoting the product through TV
stations that usually have a high number of clients in India. Making a feel of the brand and
keeping it running in people’s minds keep them wanting to buy more of the product and that
means increased markets for the goods. This avenue for marketing the product seams old school
for most companies but it is still effective because more people walk the streets and some more
also watch televisions in India.
In terms of technology, the company must improve its marketing by going digital and
improving its infrastructure. The world is competitive with the growing technology, and more
players use technology in selling their products (Kaur, 2013). The Unilever should use online
marketing to sell their products and make a way to order and deliver the products over the
internet. Using social media sites, creating sites, and collaborating with other businesses like
google, amazon, YouTube among others creates an opportunity for the business to grow.
Unilever can increase their sales by making sure they add more customers and sell their
brands. Technology is a way out because more people use the internet, and marketing has
become more valuable over the internet. The most effective way to increase sales is by
introducing a new brand and making its customers anxious about the new product to gain more
market. This new brand tends to create an environment where people wonder what the product is
made of and this anxiety is what makes them opt to buy the new product.

Lastly, following paths that enable self-marketing can also help the company grow. This
is a case where a product markets itself by its qualities the customers who purchase the product
recommend the product to others who again recommend it to others this creates a case where the
product is a self-promoting and convenient strategy used by many companies to sell their
products. Following these strategies in marketing enables the business to grow and increase its
customer base.
