Non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing industry is one of the industries that are doing well
because of the change in consumer behavior, as most people prefer drinks as opposed to other
types of food. Having this in mind, there is a proposed company known as Bowls Limited that
will be engaging in the production of variety of drinks such as drinking water, juice, milk, and
soft drinks. The company is seeking funding from potential investors to help it start its
operations, thus in need of an operational plan. The operational plan for the company involves

Chief Executive Officer will lead the company’s both long-term and short-term strategy. General
Manager Finance will be responsible for the financial health of the organization through
development of financial plans for the company. General Manager Human Resource and
Administration will be a strategic partner to the company. The role entails creating a workforce
that is healthy and productive, and ensuring that daily activities of the management are taking
place. General Manager Operations will ensure that all the manufacturing activities are
undertaken, and that the control measures are in order. General Manager Legal Services and
Company Secretary will be in charge of all the legal affairs of the company through advising the
company of various legal issues.
