PERSPECTIVE PRESS GLOBAL LTD hereinafter referred to as “Publisher” which
expression shall where the context so admits include its successors and assigns ) on the first part

i) Publisher is desirous of entering into an agreement with the Author which shall automatically
become a legally binding contract.
ii) Publisher and Author hereby agree that this agreement is enforceable under any circumstance
and by executing the same they have decided to abide by the terms and conditions herein.
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and other valuable consideration
exchanged by the Parties as set forth herein, the Parties, intending to be legally bound,
HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: –
1. PAYMENT/ SALES
1.1 This agreement is based upon a 50% contract whereby sales of books will be split on a 50:50
ratio between the Publisher and Author.
1.2 Author hereby agrees to make a payment of $50 as our signing up fee. After signing and
returning this form, we will direct you on how to make this payment.
2. GRANTS OF RIGHTS
The Author acknowledges and grants the Publisher the following exclusive rights which will
apply throughout the term of the copyright:
Exclusive right in the English language,throughout the world, to:
i) Print, publish, and sell the Work as a paperback book; and
ii) License publication of a reprint edition(s) by other online platforms.
3. PERMISSION FOR COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL
3.1 If the Author incorporates in the work copyrighted material, she shall procure, at her
expense, written permission to reprint it.
3.2 By executing this Agreement, the Author commits to provide original work which has not
been published before.
3.3 Pursuant to clause 3.2, the Author avers that the work submitted will not be in the public
domain; will not violate any right of privacy and will not infringe upon any statutory or

Author, who shall fully cooperate and shall have the right but not the obligation to participate in
the defense thereof, and Publisher may withhold payments of reasonable amounts due- under this

4. CONFLICTING PUBLICATION
4.1 Author agrees that until termination of this agreement, he or she will not, without the written
permission of the Publisher, publish or permit to be published with publishing house that is
directly competitive with the Publisher.
4.2 Publisher shall not be responsible for delays caused by any circumstance beyond its control.
In no event shall the Publisher be obligated to publish a work which, in its opinion, violates the
common-law or statutory copyright or the right of privacy of any person or contains libelous or
obscene matter. The Publisher shall consult with the Author on the design of the book and the
cover. The Publisher will have the final approval.
5. PROOFREADING AND AUTHOR’S CORRECTIONS
By executing this agreement, the Auhtor has agreed to read, revise, correct, and return promptly
all proofs of the work on time.
6. COPIES TO AUTHOR
On publication, the Publisher shall give 10 complimentary copies to the Author, who may
purchase further copies for personal use at a discount from the retail price.
7. DISCONTINUANCE OF PUBLICATION
7.1 In the event the Publisher fails to keep the work in print and the Author makes a written
demand to reprint it, the Publisher shall, within sixty days after the receipt of such demand and
notify the Author in writing.
7.2 Authors must strongly reiterate that they are ‘Represented by Perspective Press Global/
@PerspectivePressGlobal’ on their social media channels.
7.3 All books will have the Perspective Press Global logo imprinted on their covers and on the

first week of May (April sales) would be paid to a customer 90 days later (first week of August).
The Publisher will send the Author a form stating all sales reports along with the Author’s
8.2 Publishing requires a lot of commitment and hard work- once signed, it is important to stay
committed. The Publisher will mostly communicate via email, however, closer to the Author’s
publication date, communication via video call/phone call might be necessary. If for any reason
the Author stops responding to emails without pre-informing the Publisher of why, Perspective
Press Global have the liberty to terminate the Author’s agreement.
By signing this contract, the Author hereby agrees to remain with Perspective Press Global
(Publisher) for the next five years.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this agreement has been duly executed by the parties hereto the day
and year first herein before written.
