The quality management in projects is considered very important and vital for most management institutions.
Quality of the results of the project has the character of high levels of technology. Supervision of the designer forms part of quality management of the project (Leong, 2014). Quality management during the completion phase consists of the qualitative performance of the various operations.

Effective implementation of quality management is beneficial to an organization as it properly enhances the performance of the organization. Quality management encompasses cost performance, cost variance, quality performance, and safety and health. When all these areas are well covered, then the quality of the project is well assured. Satisfaction is dependent on the good quality of the project (Maksymovych, 2016). It is a crucial point to ensure quality management as it enables customer satisfaction.
