Introduction
The aim of this paper is to highlight the planning process of project management, giving more information about what is done to ensure that the readers are aware of them. This section includes the significance of the research, lays out the background of the issues and talks about the expected emerging issues, provide enough information to keep your readers interested and engaged and to provide the definitions of the technical terms that will be used in the research.
Identify & Meet with Stakeholders
The stakeholders are the people who are affected either directly or indirectly by the project. This section explains what the meeting with the stakeholders will entail and what they stand to gain in the organization.
Set & Prioritize Goals
Goals are important in project management. This paper will give more information on the setting as well as prioritizing the goals.
Define Deliverables
A goal that the stakeholders set in the organization has a set of deliverables that the stakeholders stand to gain as they take part in the project. This section will name all the deliverable and give more information about how they will be possible in the organization.
Create the Project Schedule
One the objectives and the deliverables have been understood, the next process is to create a project schedule that will guide the delivery of the set deliverables in the organization.
Identify Issues and Complete a Risk Assessment
Any project that is carried out is faced by some issues and risks that the organizations have to deal with to ensure that most of the activities that are carried out as far as the project are concerned are beneficial to the organization.
Present the Project Plan to Stakeholders
The next step is to present the plan to the stakeholders after the planning is adequately done. This paper will therefore give information of what happens during this process.
Schedule a project kickoff meeting.
When a project reaches to this point, it means that it is ready to commence and that all the information that is available is important in the society. This paper will give information on what should be done to make sure that the implementation takes place in the process of project implementation.
