This letter is to clarify a paragraph concerning our Company complaint in the FBI letter dated
28 th June 2019.
My Husband and I visited the FBI office in June 2019 and that visit was the only time I visited
the said office, and never before had I visited the said FBI offices as stated in the letter.
My Husband though had previously visited the FBI office as he had reasons to believe that Alex
and his partners had hacked into our personal and business devices to steal intellectual property
that would help them launder money currently being embezzled from our Company. This matter
is currently under investigations by law enforcement in State of Virginia. The law enforcement
deemed the issue a national security and the matter was referred to authority who had power to
investigate Alex and his partners in our state.
My husband informed me about his visit to the FBI Office in Austin shortly after the said visit,
he advised me that an FBI Special Agent suggested that the FBI had liaisons with our Company
and that I should report the issue to the Human Resource department. On 5 th June, 2019, I had a
meeting with Mary, the HR Director, during which, I informed her about my husband’s FBI
visit, his concerns of Alex being involved in corruption and kickback. , I also informed her that
I was told by the employees not to complain directly to Alex as they too the corrupted and
wrong doings. I was told that so far, many employees had complained, and they were either,
fired, retired, demoted or retaliated against. But I believe that Mary is taking the necessary steps
to address the issue, but am yet to get a response from her.
On 26 th July 2019, I was approached by our EVP to clarify the paragraph on the FBI letter about
our VP sending contracts to his friends. During the meeting, I have disclosed that my husband
and I never filed any complaint against our Company but our company was mentioned in the
conversation because of Alex and his partner’s relationship with our company. But I strongly
agree with my husband statement on the corrupt dealings and I brought the concern to the
attention of HR on 5 th June 2019, per FBI request. EVP was asked to reply to the letter clarifying
the paragraph and I approached him on 28 th July, 2019 to advise that I could only reiterate the
statement and in no way, I would be able to withdraw the statement since it is a fact. At that
time, I had also expressed my concerns about Alex’s qualification, work history, bachelor degree
and concerns on possible retaliation from Alex and/or contractors hired by him and his partners.
Today, I would like to confirm ones again that Alex and his friends and partners are scamming
and embezzling money from our company by manipulating the process and the system and
making sure that his partners/circle were getting all business and winning all RFP’s, in return for
commission and or future partnership. Alex was further hiring all the contractors to generate
monthly income for his partners and taking his monthly cut bases. Alex was also masterminding
our company to sign and ratify long term contracts to ensure Alex and his partners has a study
income for the next years to come based on contracts terms.
Alex’s work history speaks for itself, he has a long-standing business relationship with Global
Company, and leached company, as well as close friendship with “Gabrielle”, member of IT
Company, View Company, Dim Company, and family member of principle of C & D Company.
I have reasons to believe that Alex has not only pushed hard for these companies to win all our
Company business, but also hired numerous contractors and John H (who is also his close friend
of “the Gabrielle”) to execute his plans and help him with the procurement process.
Alex Work History:
1- First office job in the USA:
Entity name: County Government
Findings: Alex got fired and accused of theft of a computer. County police showed up at his
home and recovered the computer and arrested him.
2- Second Job:
Entity name: SLM
Government Contractor Company by the name “SLM**” located in DC area
Findings: Alex got fired ones again, for embezzling over 100K, but this time Alex had to pay
back the over 100K to the company.
3- Third Job:
Entity name: Congar
Findings: Congar allocated to Austin, TX Alex was fired for not been qualified as a director also
for suspicions of taking kickbacks from numerous companies including SPL Company.
4- Fourth Job:
Alex was fired after taking the job for having not passed the background check.
5- Fifth Job:
Entity name: Insurance Company
SPG installed faulty VOIP and networking contracts, and also provided Contractors to the
Company in returns of Tens of thousands of dollars.
Unleashed Technologies also provided contractors to the company and sold unnecessary millions
of dollars data center and equipment and in return they issued 500,000 kickbacks to Alex.
Alex was fired for multiple complains by employees and being unable to deliver and for reckless
Mr. President, throughout his twelve years employment history it seems like Alex has mastered
the scheme: come strong, distract leadership with numerous projects all running at the same time,
blaming employees for being unqualified and “slow/unable” to deliver, also using blame tactic,
hiring contractors to generate monthly income for himself and his partners, manipulating e RFP
procurement process so the set partners could win (in one case, he went as far as allowing current
contractor currently working in our office by the name John Culture, to bid and win the RFP). In
his employment history, Alex has either been fired for embezzlement or for being unqualified for
in the various positions held.
In addition to concerns of Alex’s ties with all this companies, I also found very troubling
information concerning Alex’s qualification for his current position with our company. Alex has
no Bachelor Degree and ORT University never existed in Morocco. The close name to ORT
University I was able to confirm is Lycee Ort (Lycee is High School in French) did exist in
Casablanca, Morocco and in fact it did close and no longer exist. Yet, Alex never attended Ort
High School. I was also able to verify and confirm very troubling information, that Alex did not
graduate from High School nor having any High School diploma or GDP. And today he is our
Mr. President, I’m requesting that you verify Alex’s qualification and revise Alex bio on our
company website, to make sure we do not mislead the public when referring to a university that
never existed “ORT University” Also his employment with Company FID, as he has never been
employed by FID, but instead he manipulated the name from Fed XXXX to FID.
Last but not least, I am seeking for help Mr. President to resolve the scandal we are in today. My
department is seen as not profitable for Alex and his partners, I believe my department, the IT
department so far is the only corrupt free department. Alex and his partners were not successful
on all their attempts to penetrate simply because they are not qualified and all the nonsense
approach is against best practice. I had to fight really hard for this companies not to corrupt my
department and the records speaks for itself, but now with full support of upper management he
finally did find a way to penetrate my department into corruption and turn it into a profitable
department by splitting my department which is against best practice, against Garner, Huran,
and APT recommendation, and what troubling the requested our company to start competing
with his partners for projects “email send on date XX see attached”. So far, all decisions made by
Alex and all managers contractors are against best practice and not beneficial to the company.

This is getting worse by the day and Alex business partnership is growing every day. Today I’m
putting my concerns in writing since my numerous complaints has resulted into my vindication.
1- English is my second language; I was asked to write in correct grammatical narrative
2- Someone with access to Google Gsuite admin installed an application/extension to grade
3- I was told by Alex that he doesn’t like my tone and the way I speak.
4- I was called a dictator by contractor/manger Lars
1- I was asked where I was from (contractor/manager Lars)
2- Lars made numerous comments about my heritage
3- Lars mentioned his previous work experience with Russian Women
4- I was referred to as “your culture”
5- I was called a soldier and when I asked to not refer to me as “soldier”, Lars got upset and
said I insulted him with that because he was a German Soldier. I clarified, that all what I
said that I do not wish to be called a soldier, and I’m not a soldier.
6- I was told by Alex to advise my team members from India to dress better
7- I was told to no longer hire any contractor with H1B Visa
8- I was told by Alex that we can no longer hire contractors from India. When I confronted
him, he said he just didn’t trust them.
9- I was asked by Lars to check articulation before I hire for technical positions and that’s
the best Lars could do in his negotiation with Alex that took place after Alex told him to
not hire anyone from India and L declined doing so.
10- Lars, Siste inc contractor, recklessly fired female Indian contractor from Addison Group
without giving her a chance to speak in her defense, humiliated her by walking her out
the premises. Worth noting, Addisa Company has not been given a chance to replace
contractor, and next contractor hired was from Sistema.
11- I received an email to fire another contractor from India
12- The only contractor in my team from India was transferred to a different department
Some of these events should have been prevented from day one, when I informed Alex that I
asked where I’m from and called me dictator. Instead I had to inform Alex again and again each
time my team or myself have been discriminated against and I crossed every single line using
his managerial power. These acts are very disturbing and continue to have a negative effect in a
workplace as well as injuring my integrity. After my last complain to Alex when I was vocal
about this discrimination, Alex retaliated by transferring a whole team of app developers not
knowledgeable with Salesforce platform and closed all positions barring me from hiring
experienced contractors from India. The largest pool of sales force developers is originally from
Retaliation: (#1 and #2 have been brought to Mary’s attention on 08/24):
1- On 08/05 I was excluded from Salesforce Project, which was against PMI best
practice, and Huron and Apex It (premium SF partners) recommendation. Presented
reason was a workload, which was not only bogus, but same day I was asked to
deliver POC and several additional projects with no experienced developers, and
condition not to contact PM, BA and stakeholders.
2- Between 07/26-08/10 Numerous people in its department have been asked by Alex
himself in person not to speak to me “because Alina is in big trouble”
3- Early August 2019, J Max, contractor/Co manager/employee of Beacon Hill,
announced on the PMO staff meeting not to reply to my emails, not to accept any
meetings from me and not to participate in any email communication thread that had
my name in.
4- On 08/09 I was excluded from IT potlach party and I was only added to the group on
08/09 after I raised a concern to this behavior.
5- I was denied Dreamforce conference, even though 3 spots were confirmed and one of
the team members declined to go.
6- After raising concerns on leadership depriving my team from learning developing
themselves, my team has been included into SF project (early September) just to be
excluded again on 10/13 after I advised contractor/manager on escalation of
retaliation/ethics complaint due to non-action.
7- 09/26 my position Salesforce development manager contractor position has been
posted online. Tita said he was not aware of the posting and based on his IT
knowledge was not looking for another manager and/or my replacement.
8- 10/15 contractors (T and J) have split SF division, which is against best practice and
Huron and Gartners recommendations. No other divisions have been split in two
9- 10/17 contractors (T and J) have e-mailed re-organization chart and advised that SF
QA will be moved out of SF division to report to J.
10- I was excluded from all meetings including Salesforce related discussions.
Mr. President, this is getting worst byday. Alex and the contractors are promoting hate,
discrimination, retaliation, practice against best practice even against Gartner and Gartner report
our company paid millions for. Which I strongly believe will and only benefits Alex and his
After numerous complaints no one seems to take these actions seriously. Our EVP has agreed to
meet me to discuss the following ethical concerns:
1- Who assumes responsibility for contractor’s managers actions, such as
Discrimination, retaliation, violation of state laws, federal laws, abuse, and wrong
2- Do contractors assume responsibility for wrong decisions made on behalf of our
company and my department? Every decision made on behalf of my department so
far either against best practice or that which exposes our company to liability.
3- What our Company can do to investigate Alex business dealings and procurement
manipulations? With millions of dollars being embezzled from our company by Alex
and his business partners, anyone can be at risk of retaliation even outside our
4- What state or federal law allows third party to manage internal employees?
5- Under what law allows numerous and constantly changing third party to make
policies, draft RFP’s on behalf of our company
6- Why our company made an exception to hire high profile VP without Bachelor’s
degree and verifying his transcript.
7- Why our company employees are not treated equally and allowed to compete or apply
for higher management positions and only Alex friends are allowed.
8- Why do we have to compete with Alex partners to do our job as suggested in attached
9- How can we stop discrimination and unfair treatment of my team and myself?
10- How can we stop retaliation?
11- Who and why Upper management are approving retaliation instead of protecting our
rights and state and federal Laws?
12- Why Alex is allowed to misclassify employees against state, and federal laws?
13- Are all recruiting companies properly licensed with the state of Texas?
14- How can we insure contractors managers and their companies complies with our
company policies and handbook, State, federal and IRS laws and rules?
Are our past, current and future managers companies offer employees with equal
16- How can we insure contractors on managerial positions are drafting SOW ethically
and not manipulating the process for their employer, and friends to win the bid? What
is the liability if they do manipulate SOW?
17- Why Alex ignored my complaint in two occasions that contractor’s managers do not
pass 20 Factor IRS test and TWC test? And we are exposition our company to

18- Is it true that our legal department approved third party managers to act on behalf of
our company and mange current employees? “Per Alex statement”
19- What state or federal law allows contractors in managerial positions to be included in
our company email list and communications?
20- How our Company can protect my personal information when I am asked to provide
personal or sensitive information to contractors and to companies, I never agreed to
work for nor to access my personal information.
21- How can we insure our Company gives an equal opportunity for public and internal
employees to apply and to be hired for open positions?
22- How can we ensure that with current “contractor conversion” initiative we will
balance hiring equally and current postings are not created to trick the public and
convert contractors only?
23- Why IT leadership team consist of contractors only?
24- Why IT leadership team consist of the male gender only?
25- Why Sr. Manager PMO position has not been opened for public after Jen Olla
resigned and instead contractor Director Position was created?
26- How can we ensure that contractors are qualified to take positions and that due
diligence is done to affirm their background? “In the past I had flagged that the
person I interviews using Oracle Work App was not the person I hired and someone
has manipulated Oracle app on my work and personal computer to mislead the fair
27- Why our company is paying for contractors training and not allowing nor approving
my request for training and conferences for my team?
Mr. President, I am also requesting your help with the following:
1- Allow my department to hire technical developers originally from India and not to
allow any discriminatory restriction by anyone?
2- I would like to be part of all Salesforce purchasing and hiring?
3- Reinstate Salesforce division inclusion in any Salesforce related meetings
4- Reinstate Salesforce division in Salesforce CRM Initiative
5- Investigation who and how “Grade my English” app was installed in my
Company google email and browser account
6- Investigate who has added dozens of our company employees to
Stictlyhardware.com Asana account work management software to (account of
my family business) and I’m informing you that sensitive information might have
been shared “This matter is currently been investigated to know the extent of the
7- I would like to Request login history with time stamps and IP addresses of my
work gmail and any admin who changed my password to investigate numerous
over-the-weekend password changes I experienced several times.
8- I would like to request work deleted email if possible.
9- Audit Gsuite supper admin logs to make sure that unauthorized persons are not
accessing our saved personal passwords. If you login to work email from
personnel computer and phone, enabling this feature will only allow wrong people
to access innocent employee password and devices information, search history
while they are using there on devices from their home a place that it should be
called save place. Our company had access to forty-seven on my passwords,
family and family business password.
10- Investigate the following companies and how many bids and why are they
winning many bids.
11- Investigate Digital RFP I have reason to believe it was manipulated for Company
C to win, and the process was rigged. A new company informed only three
months ago with no prior experience and same owner for other companies
recently bidding for other projects with our company under different name.
Mr. President. I was advised to file a complaint with the EOC, and State for
discrimination and retaliation, report misclassification of employee to the IRS and the
State and if you believe that someone is covering up for Alex report the corruption to the
Attorney General, But I ‘m confident that you will be to take the necessary actions and
