Any refund shall be governed by the Refund Policy provided herein below.
1. A customer is only eligible for a refund after he/she makes the request within 24 hours of
his/her purchase. Proksies will only issue a partial refund (which is the equivalent of 50%
of what the user and/or customer paid) as the product was already used by the customer
and could be used again even after the refund.
2. Refunds are not applicable on services obtained on behalf of the customer on the
customer’s instructions using the customer’s account.
3. In the event of deficiency in service, Proksies will make every reasonable effort to rectify
the problem. Refunds on account of deficiency in service shall not be issued. The
decision of Proksies will be final and binding in this instance.
4. Proksies shall not be responsible or liable for insufficient or delayed information from the
customer. Mistakes not pertaining to Proksies duties and obligations shall not be eligible
for a refund.
