The above subject refers
I am writing to report an intended plan by _________ to gain Canadian Citizenship by Fraud.
The aforementioned plan is to have __________ who is an India and had applied for a Canadian
study visa where she was successful and was set to travel to Canada. ________ is an Indian man
residing in India and has managed to convince his accomplice to commit an offense of entering
into a marriage of convenience with a view of obtaining Visa to travel to Canada.
The two conspirators have already procured the marriage of convenience in India, the marriage
took place on_______. The arrangement of the marriage is that ___________, “the husband” will
cater for the school fees and any incidental costs that will arise from her schooling. Further, “the
husband” will give the parents of the “wife” fifty-thousand dollars/rupees.
In turn____________, has to make sure that her “husband” gets a work permit after which the
marriage will be dissolved. Prior to entering this arranged marriage_____________ had applied
for a visitor’s visa but it was denied. I can confidentially submit that _________lied about his
studies when he applied for his visitor’s visor. In actual sense his educational history cannot be
traced as he has never undertaken any education. This confirms that the report card that was
submitted by ______ is forged.
The intention of this letter is to report this fraud, which is my obligation as a good citizen. The
marriage of convenience may have a negative security impact on the citizens and Canada at large
as ________ will not be vetted effectively.
Should there be any inquiry or need for further clarification, you can reach me at my email
(_____) or (Phone Number). Thank you for your timely intervention and I am ready to cooperate
with your office when called upon.
