Current corporate social responsibility orientation characteristics
Corporate social responsibility is one of the important strategies that are used by the companies
to ensure the success of a given company. Our organization uses corporate social responsibility
as a way of creating an influence in the society that it operates and in so doing it is able to get the
best employees who like what the company is doing. The corporate social responsibility also
enables the company to have a good standing with the employees making them to be happy to
serve in the company. For instance, the children to the families that were helped through the
corporate social responsibility of the company are likely to aspire to work in the company
because of the way it helped them deal with some issues that they were facing in their lives.
The activities of responsible leadership that have been seen among various members in the
organization include willingness to listen to all the employees and minding their welfare. The
same is replicated when the company deals with the other people who do not work in the
organization. The other activity of responsible leadership includes identifying the challenges that
the employees are facing in the workplace then dealing with them in the best way possible and as
a results the lives of the employees are improved and in so doing their potential is realized which
leads to the success of the company. The other responsible leadership strategy that has been
identified is the ability of the human resource management to use their ability to observe in a bid
to understand the challenges that the employees are facing that are affecting their performance
and dealing with them accordingly. In the case where realignment is required in the company,
the human resource management will do their best to ensure that the employees are placed in the
departments where they will perform best.
