THIS AGREEMENT is made the day of Two
Thousand and Nineteen BETWEEN BERNARD STURR of 38423 NYS RTE 12
Clayton, NY 13624 (hereinafter called “the Seller”) of the one part and JEREMY
BRIGGS of 422 Harris Drive Watertown NY 13601 (hereinafter called “the
Buyer”) of the other part.
1. MOTIVATED REALTY (hereinafter called “the business”) is a business
incorporated in the United States of America and the Seller is the sole and
legal owner of the aforementioned business.
2. The Seller has agreed to sell and the Buyer has agreed to buy the seller’s
ownership in MOTIVATED REALTY for the consideration of $ 10,000
subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter appearing.
NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED as follows:

5. Default Clause
In event of default either party shall pay a penalty of 20% of consideration.
6. Transfer clause
The seller agrees to transfer and the buyer agrees to be transferred to the
business immediately after paying the consideration.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the business

In the event of a dispute between the parties involved in this agreement,
they shall first mediate before taking any other legal recourse.
