THANK YOU FOR COMPLETING THIS EVALUATION FORM. FEEDBACK RECEIVED
WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE IMPROVEMENTS TO FUTURE EVENTS.
The assessment came from https://www.aber.ac.uk › and it meets the Kirkpatrick Model
addressing the four levels of learning evaluation. The first level is reaction where it measures
how the participants are able to react to the training process that they have gone through that
is if they are satisfied with the training process that they have gone through. The evaluation
also meets the requirements of the second, third and the fourth level. In the second level the
evaluation seeks to understand if the learners have truly understood the training. In the case
where they are not able to understand it, then it means that they will have to undergo the
training process afresh. In the third level the assessment looks at whether the people are able
to apply whatever they have learnt in the workplace and they are able to deliver what is
needed. The assessment also looks at whether the training has had a positive impact on the
performance of the employees in the workplace.
