The Challenge Currently Experienced in the company
During my employment with this company, it has come to my attention that specific
duties and roles are not fulfilled. As at the moment, the company lacks a staff who can design
diversion and inclusivity strategies. The current diversity and inclusivity strategies do not meet
their objective, as there is no one to ensure proper implementation. The company is not
achieving the aim of making a diverse workforce talented to meet the objective and goals of the
company.
I have researched this problem, and my research indicates that as long as these tasks go
unfilled, the company will continue incurring unnecessary costs. My position is to offer my
service for this position, therefore, requesting the creation of a new position. Workers in the
human resource department have been working hard to ensure that all the tasks assigned to them
are met. My research shows that as long as these tasks are left unattended, the company incurs
$2000, which is the unnecessary expenditure that can be diverted to other activities
The value of the Voyager Position to the company
There is a growing importance of diversity and inclusivity for many companies. Diversity
and inclusivity are essential because it helps in drawing a pool of talent that will help in the
attainment of company objectives. Additionally, in a socially conscious society, diversity and
inclusivity can be an approach to corporate social responsibility. With the increasing importance
of diversity in the workforce, the company must implement the best strategy that will increase
company value. It is essential to draw, implement and manage diversity strategy that will

increase stakeholders’ value to the company. The proposed position will ensure that the company
maintains an excellent public image and can be the leader in inclusion and diversity to its peers.
The duties of the Proposed Voyager position
My duties for the proposed Voyager position will include; identifying an initial D&I US
racial diversity strategy at Criteo by assessing and implementing feedback from our employees. I
will also work with Talent Acquisition teams to identify a hiring strategy to increase our hiring
and retention of racially diverse talent. I will also ensure that the company partners with Criteo
Care to ensure the success of BIPOC Community, which includes BIPOC community activities
and Criteo Cares resource page. Also, I will create an education strategy for bias in the
workplace, in the US and partnering on a global approach. My other task will be to bring
innovative ideas to broaden our D&I portfolio and drive measurable business results. I will also
create, maintain, and disseminate resources in a variety of formats across all levels of the
organization. Finally, I will identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
My Qualification for the Position
My experience and qualifications make me a suitable candidate to fill this new position.
In addition to my work experience, the skills I possess include; Slack, Google Documents,
Coupa, Concur, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, I am a team
player capable of following instructions well and making decisions with minimal supervision. I
also have communication skills with a high level of professionalism, consistently meeting quotas
and goals. Besides, I have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs
and Concur. I am also well versed with project management activities, time management, and
team leadership. I also possess staff training and development experience.

My History with the Company
Working with the company from 2016 has enabled me to gather enough knowledge on
the company staffing policies and strategies aimed at ensuring diversity and inclusivity. I have
served as an executive assistant to the EVP of Global Supply and Development and 3 VPs. Also,
I have managed complex calendars across several regions, including scheduling meetings and
team off sites as necessary. All these experiences have given me a better understanding of the
strategic needs of the company when it comes to diversity and inclusion in the workforce. I,
therefore, feel confident that I will meet the requirements, goals and objectives of the company
when I occupy this position.
